Having co-founded a successful bubble tea venture in Burwood with her sister, Chanel’s journey took a new turn as she pursued a dream closer to her heart. A dream of a bubble tea experience centered on freshness, health, and sheer joy. Differences in vision led her to venture solo, culminating in the birth of Tea Republic. Starting in Cabramatta, and now proudly serving Sydney, Chanel’s mission has been clear: to brew happiness and create moments of enjoyment with every bubble tea we serve.
